1. Agreement
By accessing or using Clarifyr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Clarifyr is operated by BV Consulting AB (org.nr 559249-2580), Sweden.
2. The service
Clarifyr provides a knowledge base ingestion, embedding and retrieval API. We process content you provide (documents, articles, videos) and make it queryable via our API.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the rights to any content you submit to Clarifyr
- You may not use Clarifyr to process unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
- You may not resell or sublicense access to Clarifyr without written consent
4. Data and privacy
Your content is processed solely to deliver the service. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for full details.
5. Availability and SLA
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. No SLA guarantees apply to free or trial accounts.
6. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.
7. Limitation of liability
Clarifyr is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BV Consulting AB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts, with Stockholm as the agreed venue.
